The columns in my workspaces are not saving or they are reverting to a previous format. What is happening?
If you are attempting to customize your columns and they are not saving in the format of your choosing, it could be that you have more than one person (employee or associate) using the same login credentials as you and may be making changes to columns without your knowledge. If you have more than one employee using Marketplace Management, we suggest adding a specific user account for them before continuing with our Troubleshooting steps.
You can add a new General User user by:
- Navigating to Cart.com Brand Console
- Select the Settings > Organization page from the left nav bar
- Click "Add User" and fill out the form with a unique, valid email address.
Allowing an additional login/user for your employee will provide an extra layer of protection for your column adjustments.
