Absolutely not! You have the option to pay month-to-month or subscribe for an annual contract. If you choose to pay for an annual contract, you will receive a 20% discount on the 12-month rate.
How does SellerActive handle product shipments?
We sync seamlessly with various third-party shipping solutions. Our platform allows you to consolidate all online orders to your orders dashboard and then easily shop carrier rates, notify customers, and print out shipping labels.
Can I cancel my Selleractive account at any time?
Month-to-month subscriptions can be cancelled at any time prior to your next billing date. Annual contracts are non-refundable.
Are there setup fees in selleractive?
No, free setup and general onboarding is included for all tiers. For Pro tier accounts and paid implementation services, we will provide you with a non-exclusive dedicated Implementation Specialist for up to 90 days, who will walk you through the steps of setting up your account and training your team, so you get the maximum value from our platform.
Your plan pricing is based on GMV—what's that?
Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) refers to the value of merchandise sold on any integrated online marketplace or e-commerce platform through the use of one or more services. GMV does not include shipping or tax.
What if I exceed my monthly GMV for my tier?
At the end of your billing cycle, if your usage exceeds your current plan, your next month’s billing will be upgraded to the appropriate higher plan.
