If you previously had your sales channel directly connected to your Deliverr account, you will need to remove the direct connection between Deliverr and those sales channels and then integrate those sales channels directly within Cart's Multichannel Management.
- You can integrate your sales channels via the left hand navigation under Settings -> Integrations. You will want "Gather Orders" to be checked for all integrations
- On Deliverr's end you will want to make sure your accepted provider is marked as "SellerActive" and remove any direct marketplace connections. You might need to reach out to Deliverr support for more information.
Cart's Multichannel Management keys off of the order status of the recently purchased listings and if the orders do not reach Cart's Multichannel Management then there could be competing quantities on your sales channel.
