Can I have a marketplace direct connection with Flexport (previously Deliverr) while also using Marketplace Management?

If you previously had your sales channel directly connected to your Flexport (previously Deliverr) account, you will need to remove the direct connection between Flexport and those sales channels and then integrate those sales channels directly within Marketplace Management.

  • You can integrate your sales channels via the left hand navigation under Settings -> Integrations. You will want "Gather Orders" to be checked for all integrations
  • On Flexport's end you will want to make sure your accepted provider is marked as SellerActive Marketplace Management and remove any direct marketplace connections. You might need to reach out to Flexport support for more information. 

SellerActive Marketplace Management keys off of the order status of the recently purchased listings and if the orders do not reach Marketplace Management then there could be competing quantities on your sales channel.
