Introduction to Workspaces
Explore Marketplace Management’s three Workspaces: Products Workspace (where you’ll create and revise item data), Listings Workspace (where you can edit sales channel content) and Orders Workspace (where you can view and update orders).
Finding the Page You Need
Our Navigation toolbar is found on the left hand of your screen and features a slide out panel for quick access. You can click Products, Listings, or Orders there to arrive at a page specialized for what information you currently need to work with.
Understanding the Products Workspace
When you need to create new products, fine-tune your existing product data, view an isolated product line, or adjust inventory levels, click Products in the Navigation bar.
Use the search bar near the upper-left to pinpoint an item, or apply filters and sorting to individual columns to see only the items you want to look at now. Consider rearranging the columns of information according to your taste by clicking and dragging the column names or column edges. You can also customize which columns are visible at any time by clicking the
icon near the upper-right part of the page.

If an item needs to be examined in full detail, it is time to click that item's blue underlined SKU. This will pull up our SKU Window, a focused summary interface with all known data in one place. Open each section and change any aspect of the item in our database.
If you would rather make changes to this data in bulk instead, items can be exported into a spreadsheet in large numbers to be revised and uploaded at your convenience. Back in the main Products Workspace page outside of the SKU Window, select items using checkboxes in the leftmost column and export them by clicking this button near the upper-right part of the page.
Your spreadsheet can be found in the Tools > File History page afterward.
Understanding the Listings Workspace
The Listings Workspace allows you to drill down into the products you have listed on the various channels we support. Here, you will have full control over pricing, quantities, market data, and more.
You will notice some similarities between the two Workspaces. Most importantly, the SKU Pane is accessible [from the Listings Workspace] in the same manner as the Products Workspace, as well as a column chooser for further customization.
