Your plan pricing will stay the same. With SellerActive, you'll still be able to sell across multiple marketplaces while synching inventory on your key channels. Orders will be routed back into your BigCommerce store and shipment tracking status will still update when fulfillment occurs.

  • Absolutely not! You have the option to pay month-to-month or subscribe for an annual contract. If you choose to pay for an annual contract, you will receive a 20% discount on the 12-month rate.

  • Month-to-month subscriptions can be cancelled at any time prior to your next billing date. Annual contracts are non-refundable.

  • No, free setup and general onboarding is included for all tiers. For Pro tier accounts and paid implementation services, we will provide you with a non-exclusive dedicated Implementation Specialist for up to 60 days, who will walk you through the steps of setting up your account and training your team, so you get the maximum value from our platform.
