Do I have to sign up for a yearly contract with SellerActive?

Absolutely not! You have the option to pay month-to-month or subscribe for an annual contract. If you choose to pay for an annual contract, you will be provided a 20% discount on the 12-month rate.

Are there setup fees?

Yes, there is a required onboarding fee based on your subscription tier. We provide you with a dedicated Implementation Specialist who will walk you through the steps of setting up your account and training your team to get the maximum value from the platform.

How does SellerActive handle product shipments?

We sync seamlessly with various 3rd-party shipping solutions. Our platform allows you to consolidate all online orders to your orders dashboard and then easily shop carrier rates, notify customers, and print out shipping labels.

Your plan prices are based on GMV, what's that?

Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) refers to the value of merchandise sold on any integrated online marketplace or ecommerce platform through the use of one or more services.  GMV does not include shipping or tax.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Month-to-month subscriptions can be cancelled at any time prior to your next billing date. Annual contracts are non-refundable.

What if I exceed my monthly GMV for my tier?

At the end of your billing cycle if your usage exceeds your current plan, your next month’s billing will be upgraded to the appropriate higher plan. 

Are there any other hidden fees or restrictions?

Absolutely not! Your price tier is a flat rate determined by your monthly revenue and we will never charge you any other fees or add any restrictions such as SKU count.
