  • If an order gets sent to Deliverr and SkuVault, it will now be marked as 'fulfilled' in SkuVault to avoid any risk of double shipping the order. 
  • We've added shipping policies to our API so you can change them when you make any inventory updates. We've also made some changes to make sure they get sent out to the channels when they are updated in SellerActive.
  • We heard a lot of feedback about the Walmart 'Win the Buy Box' strategy and have decided to use their legacy feeds in addition to the new Buy Box notifications from walmart in order to get a more complete picture of the competition for a particular product. We're continuing to review our Walmart Buy Box strategy and will be making additional updates based on your feedback. 
  • We're excited to release a new notification system that now displays the most urgent notifications as banners in the app. Soon we'll be sending notification emails for the critical notifications like disconnected sales channels. 


  • There were a lot of unnecessary quantity updates showing up in the quantity history when the quantity hadn't changed at all. We've stopped logging and displaying those to make it easier to see when quantities actually changed.


Amazon buy box notifications have recently improved to allow us to know when there has been a change in the buy box owner, regardless of if the buy box price changed or not. Reasons for the buy box owner changing without a change in price could include that the previous buy box owner ran out of inventory, or Amazon rotated the buy box owner. Previously, notifications were received any time there was a price change on any offers for the same ASIN. We would not receive a notification if there was a change in the buy box owner when there wasn't a change in price.

This caused an issue where the buy box owner displayed in SellerActive may be different from what is actually on Amazon. As of last month, we now get notifications whenever the buy box owner changes, even if it is at the same price. This new update is an improvement and should help reflect the buy box owner more accurately.
